  • I begin by meeting with the couple together to listen, observe, and identify key relational dynamics. From there, I typically offer individual 1:1 sessions to help each person uncover root issues, patterns, or beliefs that may be affecting the marriage. Once both individuals have had space to process and heal, we come back together to rebuild the relationship with greater understanding, grace, and spiritual clarity.

  • Yes. I provide grace-based discipleship counseling for children, typically in partnership with their parent or legal guardian. I follow the AACC Code of Ethics, which emphasizes protecting the well-being, dignity, and spiritual development of minors.

    This means:

    • Parental consent is required for all counseling with minors

    • I maintain appropriate boundaries and child safety protocols

    • I involve parents in the process in age-appropriate ways, while fostering a safe space for the child to express emotions and grow

    • When necessary, I collaborate with parents to equip them for spiritual and emotional support at home

Note: I do not provide psychotherapy or clinical diagnoses .

  • A: R.E.G. stands for Regulate, Engage, and Grow — a biblical, Spirit-led process designed to help individuals calm emotional overwhelm, connect with God through Scripture, and walk in renewed truth and identity. Unlike traditional therapy, R.E.G. is not clinical or diagnostic. It does not involve mental health treatment or licensed therapeutic techniques. Instead, it provides a discipleship-based pathway that integrates body awareness, guided Scripture reflection, and spiritual growth in Christ. It’s especially helpful for those experiencing fear, grief, guilt, or disconnection, and who want to experience healing in a grace-based, non-clinical setting.
