A Clear Path Toward Healing and Freedom

Many people reach a point where they realize they need more than a quick conversation or occasional advice. Whether you are facing anxiety, emotional pain, relational conflict, or spiritual confusion, meaningful change often requires time, thoughtful guidance, and a safe place to talk.

At Exchanged Life Christian Counseling, LLC, most clients begin with a Six-Session Pastoral Counseling Path. This focused process helps individuals understand emotional struggles, uncover the beliefs shaping their lives, and begin moving toward clarity, healing, and freedom in Christ.

Counseling is offered from a biblical, Christ-centered pastoral counseling perspective, integrating emotional awareness, compassionate listening, and practical spiritual guidance.

In-person sessions are available in Henderson, Texas, serving individuals and families throughout Rusk County, Smith County, and Gregg County, including nearby communities such as Tyler and Longview.

If you're unsure whether counseling is the right next step, feel free to reach out. A brief conversation can help you discern whether this process may be helpful for you or someone in your family.

  • About

I provide Christ-centered pastoral counseling for individuals, teens, and families who are navigating emotional struggles, spiritual questions, or difficult life circumstances.

As a Certified Discipleship Counselor and Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider, my passion is helping people experience healing, freedom, and a deeper walk with God through the truth of His Word and the power of His grace.

For many years I have come alongside people facing life’s challenges — through ministry, mentorship, business leadership, and community involvement. Along the way I pursued graduate-level training in mental health counseling and became certified in both Discipleship Counseling and Christian Trauma Care.

What I discovered is that while clinical training can provide helpful tools, lasting transformation happens when people begin to understand who they truly are in Christ and learn to live from that truth.

My counseling approach integrates biblical wisdom, emotional awareness, and trauma-informed care to help individuals uncover the beliefs shaping their lives and move toward greater freedom, clarity, and spiritual renewal.
