A: Marriage counseling is offered as a structured, grace-based process rather than a single session. Most couples begin with a 6-session counseling package designed to help uncover deeper patterns, rebuild understanding, and create lasting change.
The process usually begins with a joint session, followed by individual sessions with each spouse, and then continued sessions together. This allows each person to work through personal beliefs, emotional reactions, and coping patterns that may be affecting the relationship.
The goal is not simply to improve communication, but to help both spouses grow in truth, emotional honesty, and identity in Christ so the relationship can be rebuilt on a stronger foundation.
Marriage counseling is especially helpful for couples facing conflict, emotional distance, trust issues, repeated arguments, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns.
This counseling is not clinical therapy. It is Christian discipleship counseling, rooted in Scripture and focused on grace-based transformation rather than diagnosis or treatment.

A: Counseling is available for teens ages 13–17. Teen counseling is offered as a structured, grace-based discipleship counseling process designed to help adolescents work through emotional stress, grief, identity struggles, relational conflict, and unhealthy coping patterns.
Because lasting change often involves the family system, teen counseling includes a parent or guardian intake session as part of the counseling package. This helps ensure that the process is supportive, appropriate, and aligned with the teen’s home environment.
I follow the AACC Code of Ethics, which emphasizes protecting the well-being, dignity, and spiritual development of minors. This includes:
• Parental or guardian consent for all counseling with minors
• Appropriate boundaries and safety protocols
• Involving parents in the process in healthy and age-appropriate ways
• Encouraging family support when it helps the teen’s growthAt this time, counseling is offered for teens only. Services are not currently provided for younger children.
This counseling is not psychotherapy and does not include clinical diagnosis or mental health treatment. It is discipleship counseling rooted in Scripture and focused on spiritual and emotional growth.

A: R.E.G. stands for Recognize, Engage, and Grow — a grace-based, Christ-centered counseling process designed to help individuals become aware of the beliefs, emotional patterns, and coping responses shaping their lives, engage honestly with God through Scripture, and grow in their identity in Christ.
Unlike traditional therapy, R.E.G. is not a clinical or diagnostic model. It is a discipleship-based counseling approach rooted in biblical truth, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth. The process may include body awareness, guided reflection, and Scripture-centered conversation to help uncover the deeper patterns behind anxiety, addiction, relational conflict, grief, or spiritual disconnection.
R.E.G. is especially helpful for those who feel stuck in recurring struggles and want to experience lasting change through a grace-based, non-clinical counseling process focused on transformation in Christ.
