By booking a service through this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services
Don Crites provides grace-based, biblically grounded discipleship counseling. These services are for spiritual and emotional growth and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Don is a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider and Discipleship Counselor. He is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

2. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law, such as:

• Suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult

• Serious threat of harm to self or others

• Court subpoena

3. Asynchronous Session Use

• Must be used within 7 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated)

• Allows up to two written or voice messages

• Responses provided within 24–48 hours, Mon–Fri

• No live meeting required

4. Package Terms

• Multi-session packages must be used within the specified timeframe

• Sessions do not roll over past the end date

• Client is responsible for message submissions or session scheduling

5. Payment & Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable

• Payment is due at time of booking

• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled with 7 days’ notice

6. Technology Disclaimer
You are responsible for access to email, internet, and Zoom (if applicable). While timely responses are prioritized, delays due to technology or email issues are not the responsibility of Don Crites.

7. Crisis Situations
If you are in crisis or in danger, please call 911 or contact a licensed mental health provider. These services are not designed for emergency support.
