Children & Teen Counseling
We offer grace-based counseling for children and teens, creating a safe environment where they can process emotions, strengthen identity, and receive spiritual support tailored to their stage of life. Sessions are gentle, engaging, and designed to help each child grow in truth and grace.
We believe lasting change happens in the context of family. That’s why we take a family systems approach, recognizing that most struggles are connected to broader relational dynamics. For this reason, we require ongoing sessions with one or both parents in order to support the child’s healing and growth in a holistic, Christ-centered way.
Ages 5–12 (Pre-Teens – In-Person Only)
These 40-minute sessions use play, storytelling, and guided conversation to help pre-teens process emotions and navigate challenges in a grace-filled, developmentally appropriate setting. Sessions are held in person only to encourage full engagement and connection.
Note: A Parent Intake Session must be completed before scheduling a child session.
Ages 13–17 (Teens – In-Person or Online)
Teen sessions focus on emotional regulation, identity in Christ, relationships, and life transitions. Teens are encouraged to express themselves honestly and explore practical, biblical tools for spiritual and emotional growth.
Online sessions are available for teens who:
- Have a quiet, private space to meet
- Are emotionally stable enough to engage meaningfully online
- Can maintain focus and participate independently
We recommend in-person sessions for teens experiencing high emotional distress or lacking sufficient privacy at home.
Note: A Parent Intake Session must be completed before scheduling any teen session.
We’re honored to walk alongside your family with truth, grace, and care.
